Wunmi Durosinmi-Etti, professionally known as Chef Wu, is a culinary entrepreneur, private chef, and hospitality consultant with over a decade of experience in London and Nigeria. As the founder of Oúnjẹ Hospitality Co., she is renowned for her innovative approach to Nigerian cuisine, blending indigenous ingredients with contemporary techniques to craft unforgettable dining experiences. Through her consulting work, Oúnjẹ Roundtables, and the podcast One Bite at a Time, Wunmi champions Nigerian cuisine and elevates the hospitality industry, fusing tradition with innovation to shape its future.

Jeremiah 'Zen' George
As well as our in house Beverage Master, Zen is the resident Bar and Beverage consultant for OUNJE Hospitality.
Zen is a Diageo certified mixologist with particular focus on molecular mixology. He has collaborated on and set up the drinks program in a number of bars, notable amongst these are COAH Lagos, Canvas Concept Space, Elysium Beach Club, HEREL Play, Jay's Restaurant, Blue Fin Restaurant. Etc.
He is the founder of Liquids By Zen, a Beverage catering company as well as a mixology Instructor at Giggles culinary Academy.

Fejiro Dafe-Akpedeye
Fejiro is the founder and creative lead at AdoriFae Creatives, a digital marketing agency that helps brands connect deeply, market smartly, and create with purpose. With a background in Chemical Engineering and early experience in the oil & gas sector, she brings a rare blend of structure, precision, and creative flair to every project.
At Oúnjẹ, Fejiro serves as our Marketing Lead, overseeing social media strategy, creative direction, and digital storytelling. With a sharp eye for aesthetics and an understanding of our brand voice, she ensures that every piece of content reflects the heart of the Oúnjẹ experience.

Kolade Emmanuel
Koldade is a multidisciplinary entertainment creative working across comedy, event hosting, and live production. With a natural flair for joy and storytelling, he thrives as a comedian, events MC, showrunner, and producer—bringing energy and structure to any stage he steps onto.
At Oúnjẹ Co., Koldade leads with laughter. He is responsible for infusing joy into every experience, believing that people and ideas perform best when joy is at the centre.
He also runs Showmotics, a production company dedicated to dynamic, culturally-rooted storytelling, and and is a rising force in Nigeria’s comedy scene.

At Oúnjẹ, he leads the front-of-house team with professionalism and poise ensuring seamless coordination, exceptional standards, and memorable guest experiences. Known for leading by example, and handling high-pressure moments with grace, he is a cornerstone of the Oúnjẹ dining experience.

Magret Yunana is a culinary graduate with a desire to grow within the world of food and hospitality. With a deep love for her craft, she is currently focused on sharpening her skills, gaining hands-on experience, and exploring the diverse landscape of the culinary industry.
At Oúnjẹ, Meg serves as Chef de Partie, where she plays an integral role in the kitchen team. Her hardworking nature, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence make her a vital part of every service. She brings consistency, focus, and a quiet determination to everything she does.
Looking ahead, Magret dreams of opening her own culinary school where she can share her knowledge and inspire the next generation of chefs.

As Sous Chef at Oúnjẹ, Ebi brings her creativity, discipline, and dedication to the kitchen, playing a key role in delivering bold flavours and memorable dining moments.

Raddie Kassim
Raddie is a passionate food enthusiast who finds joy in the creative side of cooking. A lover of all things chocolate, she also enjoys baking, experimenting with flavours, and sharing her culinary creations with others. For Raddie, food is a way to connect, express, and bring people together. She firmly believes that people are most themselves when they’re enjoying something they truly love to eat.
Though she attended culinary school, Raddie is now carving her own path blending self-taught techniques with insights from seasoned professionals as she continues to hone her craft. Outside the kitchen, she’s an avid reader of romance novels, a keen traveller, an enthusiastic swimmer, and a sometimes-writer with a soft spot for Russian (which she translates better than she speaks).
