Each month, we gather around the table to honour one indigenous ingredient, not just as food, but as story, culture and soul.

From the ancient grains of fonio to the quiet strength of palm oil, each ingredient is reimagined across a curated 4-course menu, paired with thoughtful drinks and culinary storytelling.

At the Oúnjẹ Dining Room, our table seats only eight, a small circle, a shared experience, a moment in time.

This season unfolds one ingredient at a time, closing in December with a six-course celebration of the flavours that moved us most.
